• Pay attention to the points along the path of the film that are identified with an eye.
• Make sure that the film overhang is at least X=250 mm.
• Hook the eyelet bolt (1) at the upper cone (2) into the support/holder on the clamping
lever.
The dimension Y=30 mm is set at the factory.
• Check whether the locking pin with the knob (3) is locked.
If the locking pin with the knob (3) is not locked, see chapter Settings, "Adjust film brake".
If film tying is started, the net rocker arm moves down and the film overhang X=250 mm is
conveyed from the first two rollers to the round baler. At this point, the film sticks to the round
bale and is pulled along with it.
