– Remove screw .

– Remove shock absorber.

– Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
– Position the shock absorber.
– Mount the screw  with the washers at the bottom of the shock absorber but do
not tighten it yet.

Ensure that the washers  are properly positioned.

– Mount and tighten screw .
