Position the holding plate with handlebar clamp with intermediate rubber
pieces and elastomers .
Elastomer kit green - soft quality (SXS05125203)
Elastomer kit yellow - medium quality (standard) (SXS05125204)
Elastomer kit red - hard quality (SXS05125205)

The elastomers are available in different versions.
Fit and evenly tighten the four screws .
Specification
Screw, handlebar clamp M8 16 Nm
(11.8 lbf ft)

Make sure the gap widths are even.
8.26Adjusting the throttle cables
Remove the front fuel tank. ( P. 55)

Check gas Bowden cable route.
Move the handlebar to the straight-ahead position.
To adjust, loosen the lock nut , turn the adjusting screw accordingly and
retighten the lock nut.

Ensure that the throttle grip automatically returns to the idle position after it
is released.
Install the fuel tank. ( P. 56)
8.27Checking chain dirt
Check the chain for coarse dirt accumulation.

Clean the chain. ( P. 39)
