The ABS warning lamp lights
up
Malfunction in ABS – Read out the ABS fault memory using
the KTM diagnostics tool.
High oil consumption Engine vent hose bent – Route the vent hose without bends or
change it if necessary.
Engine oil level too high – Check the engine oil level. ( p. 146)
Engine oil too thin (low viscosi-
ty)
– Change the engine oil and the oil filter,
clean the oil screens. ( p. 146)
Headlight and position light are
not functioning
Fuse 6 is blown – Change the fuses of individual electri-
cal power consumers. ( p. 137)
Turn signal, brake light, and
horn are not functional
Fuse 5 is blown – Change the fuses of individual electri-
cal power consumers. ( p. 137)
Time is not displayed or not
correctly displayed
Fuse 1 blown – Change the fuses of individual electri-

12-V battery discharged Ignition was not switched off
when vehicle was parked
