– Manually press the brake caliper to the brake disc to push
back the brake piston. Ensure that brake fluid does not flow
out of the brake fluid reservoir, extracting it by suction if it
does.

Make sure when pushing back the brake piston that you
do not press the brake caliper against the spokes.

Remove the cotter pins

brake linings.
– Clean the brake caliper and brake caliper support.

The arrow on the leaf spring points in the rotation
direction of the brake disc.

Always change the brake linings in pairs.
Make sure that decoupling plate

is mounted on the
piston side brake lining.
– Operate the foot brake lever repeatedly until the brake lin-
ings are in contact with the brake disc and there is a pressure
point.
