– Pull the clutch lever until resistance is perceptible, and
determine the play in the clutch lever

value:
– Adjust play in the clutch lever. ( p. 213)
– Move the handlebar to and fro over the entire steering
range.
The clutch lever play must not change.

– Check the routing of the clutch cable.
