10.3 Maintenance
10.3.1 Belts
- Regularly check belt tension and in particular
during the first hours of use.
Slack belts slip which can reduce the crop ejection
quality and cause conditioning rotor clogging.
Before adjusting, maintaining or repairing
the machine, turn off ignition key and wait
until all moving parts have come to a
complete stop.
Never replace belts individually. When a belt
is damaged, always replace the whole set.
