7. - Instructions for transport

Disc mower
- Operate single acting transport/work position
cylinder to place the mowing unit in transport
position:
• The machine automatically locks in transport
position.
The machine is in transport position.
- Never engage the tractor PTO drive when
the machine is in transport position.
If the transport lock does not engage (1):
- Rotate adjustable tie-rod (2) to reduce the
cylinder rod length:
• 1 turn = 3 mm (0.12’’).
- Check the setting:
• In transport position and with the
cylinder pressurized, lock (3) must be
free to rotate.
