One-piece and two-piece footrests are available.
One-piece footrest
Replacing the footplate
Diculty:

Tools:
à 4 10

Loosen bolts  on both sides.

Remove footplate  and replace with a new one.

Re-insert bolts and tighten.
Disassembling/fitting the footrest

Remove bolts  on both sides.

Pull out the footrest.

Insert new footrest.

Tighten bolts  on both sides at the same height and in the
required position.
Adjusting the height of the footrest
Diculty:

Tools:
à 4 8

Remove bolts  on both sides.

Hold the telescopic tubes  with both hands and push the
footrest into the required position.

Insert bolts  into the nearest hole on both sides and at the same
height and tighten securely.
