16 • PLUS - Special Functions
16.1 - COOKING TIMER
During cooking, the operator can see how
much time has elapsed since the start of
cooking.
This function is useful when you are
cooking food with the core probe and need
to know how much time has elapsed since
the start of cooking.
•
Press “PLUS” directly on the touch screen
to access the Special Functions.
• Select “Total cooking time” directly on
the touch screen or turn the Scroller+ to
“Total cooking time” and then confirm by
pressing the Scroller+.
The time elapsed since the start of cooking
will be displayed.
Press “BACK” twice to view cooking
parameters again.
