screen or turn the Scroller+ to “Delta
T” and then confirm by pressing the
Scroller+.

Select “ON” directly on the touch screen
or turn the Scroller+ to “ON” and confirm
by pressing the Scroller+.
•
Turn the Scroller+ to obtain the desired
difference in temperature between the core
of the product and the oven chamber (ΔT)
and confirm by pressing the Scroller+.
•
Press the “BACK” key to view the cooking
parameters again
