Youcanuseeitherawireddisplayorawirelessdisplay.ThewireddisplaycanbeconnectedtotheHDMI,
VGA,orminiDisplayPort

connectorbyacable.ThewirelessdisplaycanbeaddedthroughtheWi-Dior
Miracastfunction.

Note:Whenyouconnectanexternalmonitor,avideointerfacecablewithaferritecoreisrequired.
1.Connecttheexternaldisplaytoanappropriatevideoconnectoronyourcomputer,suchastheVGA
connector,miniDisplayPortconnector,orHDMIconnector.
2.Connecttheexternaldisplaytoanelectricaloutlet.
3.Turnontheexternaldisplay.
Ifyourcomputercannotdetecttheexternaldisplay,dothefollowings:
–ForWindows7:Right-clickonthedesktop,thenclickScreenresolution➙Detect.
–ForWindows10:Right-clickonthedesktop,thenclickDisplaysettings➙Detect.
•Connectingawirelessdisplay

Wi-DiorMiracastfeature.

–OpentheStartmenuandthenclickSettings.IfSettingsisnotdisplayed,clickAllappstodisplay
allprograms,andthenclickSettings➙Devices➙Connecteddevices➙Addadevice.
–Clicktheactioncentericon
onthetaskbar.ClickConnect.Selectthedesiredwirelessdisplay
andfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.

Choosingadisplaymode
Youcandisplayyourdesktopandappsonthecomputerdisplay,theexternaldisplay,orboth.Tochoose
howtodisplaythevideooutput,pressthedisplay-modeswitchingkeyandthenselectadisplay
modeyouprefer.
Therearefourdisplaymodes:
•Disconnect:Displaysthevideooutputonlyonyourcomputerscreen.
Note:Dependingonthesituation,youmightseeDisconnect,PCscreenonly,Computeronly,or
Disconnectprojector.
•Duplicate:Displaysthesamevideooutputonbothyourcomputerscreenandanexternaldisplay.
•Extend:Extendsthevideooutputfromyourcomputerdisplaytoanexternaldisplay.Youcandragand
moveitemsbetweenthetwodisplays.
•Projectoronly:Showsthevideooutputonlyonanexternaldisplay.
