For purposes of fault diagnostics, the communication module is provided with the LEDs on the front.
Furthermore, you can carry out the Diagnosing with the »Engineer«
( 83).
12.1 LED status displays
The following status displays are distinguished:
• Module status displays

• Fieldbus status displays
( 81)
• Status displays at X241 and X242
( 82)
 Note!
During normal operation ...
• only the LEDs MS
( 80) and BS ( 81) should be lit permanently.
• the green LED on the RJ45 sockets X241 and X242 must be lit or blinking
( 81).
