12.3 Diagnostic data
• The I/O device sends an alarm message to the I/O controller to signalise the diagnostic data
below.
The precondition for transmitting alarm messages is the configuration of process data words in
slot 1 of the PROFINET frame (see Configuring the PROFINET IO controller
( 33)).
• Errors and warnings in the Servo Drive 9400 and the plugged-in modules are sent to the I/O
controller as extended diagnostic messages.
• With code C13887
/ C14887 the transmission of an alarm message can be suppressed for
specific error messages.
• The diagnostic data are shown in code C13867
