Meaning:
Add to the present value ot Counter Cvv the value aaaa or the value ot Variable Vddd.

Value: aaaa = -9999 to +9999
Variable number V: ddd = 0 ... 255.

Meaning:
Preset Variable Vddd to value vvvvv.vw.
Variable number V: ddd = 0 ... 255.
