a Reseat the fuser cables from the controller board.
b Reseat the fuser cable from the LVPS.
c Reseat the fuser cable from the extension cable.

Check if the fuser cam is functional and free of damage.
Is the fuser cam functional and free of damage?

Replace the fuser cam. See

a Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Printer diagnostics and adjustments > Sensor tests
b Find the sensor (Fuser exit).
Does the sensor status change while toggling the sensor?
