Required Software and Codec Package Installation
You should install all software below in order to take advantage of all Edit functions in the SuperSign solution.
Microsoft Offi ce
To use MS Offi ce fi les for media content, you need to have MS Offi ce installed on both the Super- Sign Player and
the SuperSign Manager. (Microsoft Offi ce 2000, XP, 2003, and 2007 are supported.)
Adobe Acrobat Reader (8.1 or Later)
To see Help and to use PDFs as media, Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.1 or later (excluding the Lite version) is
required. Adobe Acrobat Reader should be installed on both SuperSign Manager and SuperSign Player.
OpenOffi ce
To use OpenOffi ce fi le format for a media content, you need to have the OpenOffi ce package installed on both
SuperSign Player and SuperSign Manager. (OpenOffi ce 3.2 is supported.)
● You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the installation CD, or from the Adobe website at
www.adobe.com for free.
● You should purchase and install Microsoft Offi ce.
● You need to download the OpenOffi ce package from offi cial website (http://www.openoffi ce.org) and install
it on your own.
