13.8.1 Instructions for X-Ray Examination
► Make sure that patient is in the centre of bed.
► Make sure that Backrest is in the lowest position and siderails are raised up.
► Pull out X-Ray Cassette Holder.
► Insert the x-ray cassette (maximum dimensions 58 cm × 46 cm x 2,4 cm for the Fixed X-Ray Cassette Holder and 47 cm
x 46 cm x 2,2 cm for the Adjustable X-Ray Cassette Holder) into the X-Ray Cassette Holder in the horizontal position. If the x-ray
cassette has length from 30 cm to 47 cm, x it with the adjusting element in the case of the Adjustable X-Ray Cassette Holder.
► Insert back the X-Ray Cassette Holder with x-ray cassette to the intended position under the Backrest (or also under the
Foot section in the case of Sprint 100 with 2-part Mattress Support Platform).
► Adjust parameters of the x-ray device and do the image.

The Most Remote Position
► Tilt the extension of X-Ray Cassette Holder (Adjustable X-Ray Cassette Holder or Fixed X-Ray Cassette Holder) to extend
the X-Ray Cassette Holder.
► Push the X-Ray Cassette Holder to the most remote position under the Backrest (or also under the Foot section in the
case of Sprint 100 with 2-part Mattress Support Platform).
► Ensure the X-Ray Cassette Holder remains in its place.
