Chapter 9 Warning Troubleshooting
9.1. Drive Alarm List
Description for alarm activation
It is activated when the voltage of main circuit
is above the specified value.
It is activated when the instantaneous current
of the main circuit is above the current
tolerance level of IGBT hardware.
Error with motor
coupling
The drive does not match the corresponding
motor.
It is activated if any regeneration error occurs.
It is activated when the output of the drive is
above the load curve.
It is activated when the motor speed is above
the normal speed.
Abnormality in the
pulse command
It is activated when the pulse command input
frequency is above the specified value.
It is activated when the value of location error
is above the setting value.
Abnormality in the
encoder
The communication error regarding the data of
the encoder occurs.
Abnormality in the
calibration
The IGBT of drive is overheated.
Abnormality in the
EEPROM
It is activated due to abnormality in the
memory access.
Abnormality in the
output signal of the
detector
Serial communication
error
The ambient temperature is too high.
Internal error in the
encoder
Error in the data
reliability of the
encoder
An abnormality occurs in the internal data of
the encoder three times in a row.
Error in the CRC
communication
It is activated when an abnormality occurs in
RS-232/485 communication.
Timeout of the serial
communication
It is activated when a timeout occurs in RS-
232/485 communication.
Error in the motor
collision
