Are the Input module LEDs for
SWITCH1 and SWITCH2 On?
No
Check the voltage from
SWITCH1 and SWITCH2
at the Input module
Yes
Is the expected
voltage present?
Disconnect the switch(es)
and apply the appropriate
manual input at the
module terminals
Do the inputs work as expected?
Check the switch(es) for
proper function
Replace the Input
module
Check the voltage from
SWITCH1 and SWITCH2
at the Input module
Is the expected
voltage present?
Are the module screw
terminals tightened?
Is the wiring correct?
Correct the wiring
from the switch(es)
to module
Tighten terminal
blocks screws
Replace the
terminal block
Replace the Input
module
Recheck from beginning of
this flowchart
Is the Input module
terminal block OK?
