Changing the Voice Mail Greeting
To change the Voice Mail greeting, update the script written on Form 3: Voice Mail
Greeting, and follow the instructions below:

Remember to include instructions for the caller to enter an extension number
followed by the pound sign. If you re-record the greeting, subscribers will hear
the prompt to
enter the extension followed by the pound sign
in
your voice, but the prompt to enter password will be heard in the pre-
recorded voice.
Access the Administration Main Menu as described in an earlier section.
The system plays the system programming options.
Press [

] for System Greeting.
The System Greeting Menu plays.
Press [

] for Voice Mail.
The Voice Mail Greeting Menu plays.
Choose:

] to record your own Voice Mail Greeting. The message plays:
Record at the tone
Go to Step 5.

Record the Voice Mail Greeting.
