Refer to Form 8: Automated Attendant Announcements to program and record
an announcement.
Announcements may be up to 2 minutes long.
You may record up to 99 announcements. The announcement that you record
plays if callers press the corresponding Selector Code from the Day or Night
Menu or a submenu.
Tell callers to press [

to repeat the announcement.
Create announcements before programming the corresponding Selector Code.
To eliminate background noise, speak into the handset to record the
announcemnet.
Access the Administration Main Menu as described in an earlier section.
The system plays the system programming options.

] to program an announcement.
Press [

] to record an announcement.
Enter the announcement number (01 through 99) followed by [ # ].
Choose:

Lift the handset and record the announcement.
