A precise oil level test is only possible when the MT is
parked on level ground.
Oil level check before the first motor start
Before you start the motor for the first time after the
commissioning or an oil change for the cold check, make sure
there is enough oil in the transmission.
CAUTION!
Transmission damage!
If the oil level is too high or too low, this can result in
damage to the transmission.
X Before you start the motor for the first time, check
the oil level with the oil dip stick.
X Make sure the oil level is in the “HOT CHECK”
range 3 while the oil is cold and the motor is at
standstill.
X Use only authorised types of transmission oil.
