1port non-channelized E1 module provides a data transmission port with
2.048Mbit/s bandwidth. E1 is same as CE1, it can be divided into 32
timeslots, and timeslot 0 of E1 can be used to transmit data in unframed
mode, to realize 2M transparent transmission.

LOS On: transparent 2M transmission; on: non-transparent and cannot
check frame synch signal; off: after synch.
