MAINTENANCE
Once a Month
• Test the door balance. Manually operate door. If it is unbalanced or binding, call a trained door
systems technician.
• Check to be sure door opens and closes fully. Adjust limits and/or force if necessary.
• Test both the safety reversal system and the safety beam sensor system as shown on page 37 of this
manual.
Once Every Six Months
• Check the belt tension. If needed, adjust the belt tension as shown on page 15 of this manual.
Once a Year
• Oil the door rollers, bearings and hinges.
