Fault Cause of fault Solution
The gas booster operates
without delivering the
gas, or it operates errati-
cally. It does not reach
the calculated discharge
pressure.
The check valves fail. Check, clean the check
valves, and replace them
if necessary.
Medium escapes via
bleed port “Z1” and “Z3”
Worn packing ring or HP
seal.
Replace seal sets.
