Means of attachment is too weak or is defective
• Can result in death or severe injuries.
• Make sure that the bearing capacity of the bands, chains,
ropes, eyes and hooks used is sufcient and that these parts
have been correctly placed and are in perfect working order
before lifting material with the machine.

No lifting coordinator
• Can result in death or severe injuries.
• When lifting objects with the machine, a person should be
assigned for supervision and coordination of the single wor-
king processes. During his work, this person must observe
the machine operator, the machine, the staff and the surroun-
dings. He must also be acquainted with the possible dangers
and the correct approach and he must also have the neces-
sary ability to judge the situation and must be alert.
