Transport, packaging and storage
5.4 Transport inspection
On receipt of the goods, make an immediate check of completeness and for any damages incurred during trans-
port.
5.5 Packaging
5.5.1 About the packaging
The machine or the single packages have been packaged according to the expected transport conditions. The
packaging should protect the machine or its single components from transport damages, corrosion, and ageing
until it/they are used or installed, and should also keep it complete.
5.5.2 Handling packaging material
If no agreement on return of goods has been made for the packaging then separate the materials according to
their types and sizes and recycle or reuse accordingly.
5.6 Storage
The machine should be stored protected from the effects of weather when decommissioned for longer periods.

Defects
If defects occur or the delivery is not complete then make an im-
mediate claim with the carrier or the sender.
Attention !
Incorrect disposal of packaging material
Can result in damage to property and to the environment.
Separate the packaging materials according to their types
and sizes and recycle.
Attention !
Weather effects such as rain, snow, ice, hail or direct
sunlight
Can result in damage to property.
When not in use, keep the machine protected from effects of
the weather.
