Starter Motor Disassembly
1. Remove screw from field coil connector.

2. Remove end frame screw/studs, end frame, washer and field frame.

3. Remove screws, center bearing plate and armature.

4. Slide thrust collar off armature shaft.
5. Drive retainer ring toward armature.
6. Remove snap ring, retainer and clutch assembly.
