Chapter 4 Congure the Router in Wireless Router Mode
To reset the router to factory default settings:
1. Click FACTORY RESTORE to reset all settings, or click RESTORE if you want to keep your
login and cloud account information.
Note:
• We strongly recommend you back up the current configuration settings before resetting the router.
• During the resetting process, do not turn off or reset the router.
2. Wait a few minutes for the restoring and rebooting.
4. 11. 3. Change Password
1. Visit http://mwlogin.net, and log in with your Mercusys ID or the password you set for the
router.
2. Go to Advanced > System > Administration, and focus on the Change Password section.
3. Enter the old password, then a new password twice (both case-sensitive). Click SAVE.
4. Use the new password for future logins.
4. 11. 4. Password Recovery
This feature allows you to recover the login password you set for you router in case you forget
it.
1. Visit http://mwlogin.net, and log in with your Mercusys ID or the password you set for the
router.
2. Go to Advanced > System > Administration, and focus on the Password Recovery
section.
