If you've forgotten your password, reset the modem router. After the reset, use 'admin' (all lowercase) for both the username and password. By default, the wireless network has no password. If you previously set a password for the wireless network, log in to the modem router's web management page and go to Interface Setup ? Wireless to retrieve or reset your password.
