TheAutoHoldwillexittheparkingstateundersome
circumstancessuchasreleasingtheseatbelt,turningoff
thepowersystem,remainingstaticforalengthoftimeor
touchingtheAutoHoldswitch.Atthistime,theEPBwill
beapplied.
Note:TheEPBwillNOTbeappliedwhentouchingthe
switchtoturntheAutoHoldoffwiththebrakepedal
pressed.
Note:WhenthevehicleisinRgear,theAutoHold
functionwillnotbetriggered.
HillHoldControl(HHC)
HHChaslimitationswhensubjectto
adverseconditionssuchaswetoricy
surfacesandthedrivermustalwayspay
attentiontothevehicleconditions.
DONOTexitthevehiclewithonlyHHC
applied,itmayleadtoaseriousaccident
whenHHCreleases.
Duringhillstartunderastop-and-goroad
condition,pleasesteponthebrakepedal
deeplyforseveralsecondsbeforeeach
start.
HHCassiststhedriverby'holding'thevehicleduringhill
starts.Ifthedriverreleasesthebrakepedal,theHHCwill
holdthevehiclestationaryforashorttime.
HHCsystemwillbeactivatedwhenthefollowing
conditionsaremetatthesametime:
•Closethedriversidedoor .
•Thevehicleisstoppedsteadilyonaslope.
•SCSisfaultfree.
•EPBisfaultfreeandreleased.
