Forvehiclesprovidedwiththememoryfunction,more
extensivepersonalisedsettingsfordrivingcanbemade,i.e.,
matchingthecomfortlevelofthedriverseat(seatcushion
height,seatfrontandrearposition,seatbacktiltangle,
etc.).Thesepersonalisedsettingscanbedonebyoperating
theswitchlocatedonthedoor(asshown),whichcanstore
personalisedsettingsinformationforupto2drivers.
Forsafety,settheseatpositionmemoryfunctionwith
thevehiclenotstartedandthedoorsclosed.Thesetting
methodsareasfollows:
1Adjustthepositionandangleofthedriverseat
separately,andthenadjusttheexteriorrearview
mirrorangle(referto"RearviewMirrors"in
"InstrumentandControl"chapterfordetails).
2PresstheMbutton,andthenpressthenumeric
button1within10secondsafterreleasingittosave
thecurrentdriver'sdrivingpositionintobutton1.
Repeattheabovestepsfortheseconddrivertostoretheir
personalisedpositionsettinginbutton2.
T orecallasetseatmemoryposition,longpressthe
correspondingnumericbuttontodoso.
Note:Ifanobjectblocksthedriverseatwhenthe
memorypositionisrecalled,thefunctionwillstop
working.Ifthishappens,trytorecallthememorized
positionagainbypressingtheappropriatememory
buttonafterclearingtheobstacle.
