•Donotwashyourvehicleindirectsunlightinhot
weather;
•Whenusingahose,donotdirectwateratwindows,
doors,orthroughwheelholesontobrakeparts.
Ifthevehicleisparticularlydirty,usethehosetorinsedirt
andgritfromthebodybeforewashing.Then,washthe
vehiclewithcoldorlukewarmwatercontainingagood
qualitycleaningwax.Besuretouseplentyofwaterto
ensurethatthegritisrinsedfromthesurfaceofthevehicle
andnotgroundintothepaintwork.Afterwashing,rinse
thebodywithcleanwateranddrywithachamoisleather .
Note:Itisrecommendedthatthecameraistobe
protectedwhilstthevehicleisbeingwashedtoavoid
damagetothesurfaceofthevehicleandthecamera
fromcarwashequipment,brushesororhardobjects
suchassmallstonesthatmaybecontainedtherein.

whensaltisusedontheroads,washtheunderbodyofthe
vehiclewithahose.Flushawayanymudthathasbuiltup
andthoroughlycleanareaswheredebriscaneasilycollect
(e.g.wheelarchesandpaneljoints).
