Ifthecruisecontrolremainsonafterthedisengagement,
movingtheleverswitchto'Resume'(5)willreinstatethe
targetspeedtothesettingpriortodisengagement.
Note:
•Neverusethecruisecontrolsysteminthereverse
gear.
•DONOTusethecruisecontrolinunsuitable
conditions,suchasonslipperysurfaces,excessively
heavyrainorintrafcconditionsthatDONOT
suitmaintenanceofconstantspeeds.
•Whennotinuse,ensuretheleverswitchisinthe
'Stop'position(7).
•Whentheautomatictransmissionisin"Sport"
mode,itisnotrecommendedtousethecruise
controlsystem.
•Duringtheoperationofcruisecontrolsystem,the
actualspeedmaydeviatefromthetargetcruise
speedtosomeextentduetoroadconditions(such
asuphill,downhill,etc).
•Iftheactualspeedisexcessivelylowerthanthe
targetspeedorSCSisactivatedduetothehill
orroadsurfaces,thecruisecontrolsystemmay
automaticallyreverttoStandbymode.
•DONOToperatetheswitchforexcessivelylong
periods,orpressmultipleswitchessimultaneously,
thismaycausethesystemtofail.Ifthissituation
occurs,whenitissafetodoso,cycletheignition.
