6 Gas Connections
b. Use two 7/16 in. (11 mm) wrenches to tighten the gas line connection — one to hold
the fitting steady and one to tighten the connector nut.
7. Purge the air from the gas line.
This step applies to non-hazardous gases only.
a. Open the regulator shut-off valve.
b. Open the gas cylinder shut-off valve and flow gas for 10 to 30 seconds.
c. Close the gas cylinder shut-off valve and allow regulator pressure to go to zero.
