5-3. Installing Exhaust Pipe

 Engine backfire can cause se-
vere burns or other injuries. Do
not point exhaust pipe toward
control panel. Keep away from
exhaust outlet.
 Point exhaust pipe in desired di-
rection but always away from front
panel and direction of travel.
 Be sure to tighten exhaust clamp
nuts. Exhaust clamp supplied with
muffler.
