4.4 Tube length calibration
The sample tubing is subject to wear, which could affect the tube-volume. In order to renew the teaching
process, the Express Mode Tubing Volume should be run once a week and will take ~12min.
The Express mode TubeLengthCalibration can be performed on the single tube holder or on a single
position on the MACSQuant X 5 Rack.
1 Select Express-Type Setup and Express-Mode TubeLengthCalibration.
2 Click the Start button.
3 Follow the instruction and confirm with Continue.
