16 Press the right upper corner until the strap snaps back into position.
17 After exchange of the sample tubing, the system must be taught to this specific tubing in order to correctly
set the tube-volume and flow rate. This process is automated. Run the ExpressMode Volume Calibration
within the Setup Tab. The EM will guide you through this process and will take ~ 48 min. Repeat once a
month.
18 The sample tubing is subject to wear, which could affect the tube-volume. In order to renew the teaching
process, the ExpressMode Tubing Volume should be run once a week and will take ~12min.
7.8 Exchange the needle sealing
The needle sealing forms the central part of the washing station. Running buffer flows through the needle
sealing perpendicular to the needle. It enables the washing of the outer wall of the needle and the buffer supply
for needle and sample tubing.
