1. Check the following items.
1.1 Are all 4 emergency switches on the
machine released?
1.2 Are the machine covers (6 places)
completely closed?
1.3 Whether the maintenance cover is
completely closed.
1.4 Whether there is something shading
the area sensor.
2. Press the emergency reset switch.
3. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM
ALARM] of MPC, and tap the [CLEAR
ALARM] button.
4. If the Alarm is displayed again after tapping
the [CLEAR ALARM] button, turn off the
power of the internal PC and then the main
power of the machine in this order, and
then turn on again after a while.
5. If the Alarm appears again, contact your
dealer, our sales office, or call center.

1. Insert and remove the washing unit, tap the
[DETAIL] button in the MPC [SYSTEM
ALARM] column, and then tap the [CLEAR
ALARM] button to check whether the error
can be reset.
2. If the Alarm is displayed again after tapping
the [CLEAR ALARM] button, turn off the
power of the internal PC and then the main
power of the machine in this order, and
then turn on again after a while.
3. If the Alarm appears again, contact your
dealer, our sales office, or call center.
