Message Cause Solution
INK ERROR An ink error occurred.
• Check the ink bottle for the supply path
corresponding to the indicated color.
InkOverflow:MCYK Ink has entered the air tank. • Perform “SUBTANK” of the maintenance.

is displayed, contact a distributor in your

TANKlevelH :MCYK
The sub tank sensor High does not change
though a certain amount of ink has been
consumed.
SUPPLY INK :MCYK Ink could not be supplied to the sub tank.
• Perform “SUBTANK” of the maintenance.

Also check the remaining amount of ink in
the ink bottle. ( P.1-10)
Even if you perform, if the same message
is displayed, contact a distributor in your
district, our office, or our call center.
REPLACE INKTANK :MCYK
Time to replace the ink tank of the dis-
played color (A certain period has passed
since the start of use of the ink tank.)
• Perform “Replace Ink Tank” ( P.4-22)
of the maintenance.
• The ink charge information is also reset.
After replacing the ink tank, charge the
new IC chip and refill ink. ( P.1-10)
INKTNK SENS :MCYK
Detected an abnormality of the ink tank
sensor.
• Make sure the ink supply unit is con-
nected to the machine.
• Check if any weight or load is taken on
the ink tank.
• Implement the "Tank Calibration" of the
maintenance menu, and perform the cor-
rection of the balance.
• If the same error message appears
again, contact a distributor in your district,
our office, or our call center to call.
Calibration :MCYK Not performed the tank calibration.
• Perform “Tank Calibration” of the mainte-
nance.
UV LAMP TEMP. HIGH The UV unit temperature is high.
• Wait for a while until the temperature low-
ers and the message disappears.
Even if you perform, if the same message
is displayed, contact a distributor in your
district, our office or our call center.
Replace UV LAMP It is a time to replace the UV lamp.
• If a UV curing is insufficient, contact a dis-
tributor in your district, our office, or our
call center.
REFILL WATER
Water in the cooling water tank is insuffi-
cient.
• Replenish the antifreeze mixed
water.( P.4-25)
WATER LACK
It has passed more than seven days after
water in the cooling water tank become
low.
• Replenish the antifreeze mixed
water.( P.4-25)
While displaying this warning, you will not
be able to print.
Take-UP CoverOPEN
It was detected that the media take-up
device's cover was open.
• Close the take-up device's cover.
