3.14 Installing Other Optional and Replacement
Components
The optional components are listed below. All the documents (for example
LT-5997) can be found on http://www.mircom.com.
RS-485. An RS-485 terminal lets you easily connect multiple Touch Screen and
lobby and card access controllers across a network. The RS-485 terminal
consists of + (positive), − (negative), and S (Shield) connections. See section
3.15 on page 94.
Camera. For instructions on installing an IP camera, see section 3.16 on
page 96.
Replacement 22” display. For instructions on installing a replacement 3M
Multi-Touch Display, see section 3.17 on page 99.
TX3-DELTA5 Card Reader. See section 3.18 on page 102.
