Major Faults
Display Cause Solution
Physical problem related to the detection circuit and
detectors (optical check) of the DMC 3000 (OPtI dEF)
or of the module (OPtX dEF).
Contact Mirion for verication.
Physical problem related to the detection circuit and
detectors (no pulse during the last check period)
from the DMC 3000 (PLSi dEF) or from the module (PLSX
dEF).
Conrm the default with a source of radiation.
If the fault persists, contact Mirion for verication.
Physical problem related to the detection circuit (no com-
munication with the microprocessor) of the DMC 3000
(ASIN dEF) or of the module (ASEX dEF).
When ASEX dEF occurs, check the connection to the
module. Make sure that no disconnection can occur while
in Run mode.
If the fault persists, contact Mirion for verication.
Problems accessing the data saved in memory. Contact Mirion for verication.
Problems accessing the software program saved in
memory.
