Test Email. Use this utility allows you to send a test message to a valid email
address. You must complete the systems Email Settings setup first before using
this utility.
Guest mailboxes
Use this feature to create, edit, and view guest mailboxes. To reach this area, click
the Do button of the InnLine IP main screen and then select Configure System.
In the next screen, click Guest under Mailboxes in the system tree.
• To create a guest mailbox, double-click the New Mailbox icon.
In the next window, enter an ID for the new mailbox and then click OK.
• To edit or view an existing mailbox, double-click the mailbox icon.
The following window appears.
The window is divided into three tabs: General, Greeting, and Call Transfer.
You can edit fields in each tab. To change tabs, click a different tab at the top of
the window. The options in the three tabs are explained in the following table.
