(2) Operation Procedure
The sampling trace operation is performed in the following procedures:
Each operation is performed on the "Sampling trace" dialog box within the online
mode trace menu.
(a) Trace Device Setting
Set the device to perform sampling trace at the "Trace data" tab screen in
the "Sampling trace" dialog box.
1) Bit Device
Maximum of 50 bit devices can be set as follows.
• X, DX, Y ,DY, M, L, F, SM, V, B, SB
• T(contact), T(coil), ST(contact), ST(coil)
• C(contact), C(coil)
