Vacuumlevelswillbeslightlylowerduringtractorand
pumpstart-up.
1.Usetherecommendedvacuumsettingsabove,or
consultyourMonosemdealer.
2.EngagePTOorpushtractorlever/switchtostartoil
owtohydraulicallydriventurbofanandletoilwarmup.
3.Withsomeseedinthehoppers,turndrivewheelsby
handorlowerplantertoengagedrivewheelsand
driveforwardashortdistancetollcellsonseeddiscs
withseed.Thiswillresultinthemostaccuratesetting
forthevacuum.
4.Re-adjustthePTOspeedoroilow,ifnecessary,until
thedesiredvacuumlevelisobtainedonthevacuum
gauge.
