telescopingoutlet,anditsoutputstartsfromaminimum
of2-3lbs/acre.
Eachmicrosemhopperhasa33lb.capacityandcanbe
usedwithadoubleoutletfortworowunitsorwithasingle
outletforonerowunit.
Thedrivesprocketismountedonthelowerhexshaft.The
hosesdirectthegranularproductdirectlyintotheshoevia
atubeboltedtothemeteringbox.

Positionthedrivebetweentwounitsasfaraspossible
fromthedrivewheels.Thedrivesprocketismountedon
theLowerhexshaft.
Onaplanterthathasnarrowrowspacing:(VersionB)
Positionthedriveontheoutsideoftheplanterunitson
therightorontheleftofthedrivewheelblockaccording
toavailablespace.Thedrivesprocketismountedonthe
intermediateshaftofthedrivewheelblock.
Thehosesdirectthegranularproductdirectlytotheback
oftheshoe.
IMPORTANT :Avoidmoisturecontamination.Moisture
intheproductwillcausehardeningthatcan
seizeupthesystemandleadtochainbreakages.
Toavoidthisproblem,emptythehoppersand
storeexcessgranulatedproductinadryplace.
NOTE:Thisunitshouldbeusedonlywithmicrogranular
productsandnotwithpowdersofgranulates.Itis
possibletometerlargegranularproductsprovided
theinsideaugerischangedforaspecialone.
The2-rowmeteringboxcanbechangedintoa1-rowbox
byreplacingthedoubleoutletwithasingleoutletand
installingashieldontheinside.
