Call Times & Costs
Network connection time is the elapsed time from the moment you connect to your service provider's network to
the moment you end the call by pressing
O . This time includes busy signals and ringing.
Note: The amount of network connection time you track on your timer may not equal the amount of time for which
you are billed by your service provider. For billing information, contact your service provider.
Handsfree
Note: The use of wireless phones while driving may cause distraction. Discontinue a call if you can’t concentrate on
driving. Additionally, the use of wireless devices and their accessories may be prohibited or restricted in certain areas.
Always obey the laws and regulations on the use of these products.
Feature Description
Call times The default reminder time for tasks and calendar items is 15 minutes. To change
this default:
Press Start > Call History and then Menu > View Timers .
Reset call timers Reset all call timers to zero (0), except for the Lifetime calls timer.
Press Start > Call History and then Menu > View Timers and then Menu >
Reset Timers .
Feature Description
External speakerphone Activate a connected external speakerphone during a call:
Press the
Voice key or press Menu > Speakerphone On .
Note: With a Bluetooth headset press Menu > Handsfree Off and then press
Menu > Speakerphone On.
Auto answer (car kit or
headset)
Change to the headset profile to automatically answer calls when connected to a car
kit or headset:
Press Start > Settings > Profiles > Headset .
Note: Edit the profile (see page 40) and enable the Auto-answer in option.
