Call Queuing
When there are no available infrastructure resources for a 
call while in a setup phase, or while in an active call during 
cell re-selection, the call will be queued. The MTM800 
Enhanced will remain in queue for a pre-programmed period 
of time. If the resources become available, the call will 
proceed. If there are no resources after a certain period of 
time, the MTM800 Enhanced will end the call.
