Overview
NPort Administrator lets you easily install and configure your NPort 5600 Series product over the
network. NPort Administrator provides five function groups that ease the installation process,
allow off-line COM mapping, and provide monitoring and IP location server functions.
NPort Administrator is an integrated software suite that bundles NPort Administrator and the IP
Serial Library, and provides everything you need to remotely manage, monitor, and modify your
NPort from a remote location.
Installing NPort Administrator
1. Once the Setup program starts running , click Next when the Welcome window opens to
proceed with the installation.
2. Click Next to install program files in the default directory, or select an alternative location.
